Pro-forma orders can be cancelled up until payment is made. Orders for plain stock can be cancelled or returned for a refund within 7 days of order.
Plain stock items sourced from overseas or that have been custom made cannot be cancelled.
Returning your items
We are happy to help. Not 100% satisfied with your item?
We will make it right We want you to be delighted with your order from hamajara.com, however if for any reason you wish to return your items, please do so within 7days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team to arrange.
If your order consists of multiple items, the 7days return period runs from when you receive the last batch of goods.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered: personalized goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygienic seal has been broken.
Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
All perishable products can not be returned but can be exchanged under certain situations.
To exchange or return an item, here is what you need to know:
Our customers would be liable and responsible for 50% of all returned cost as of 2020. Our most valued customers also have the option to drop of the products they want to return at our physical location in Accra Kasoa, GS-0679-7317. Call for more assistants.
You have 7 days after delivery to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions. You can return items in location in Kasoa -Accra, for fees by mail, or via a scheduled pickup from your home. Please provide your in-store receipt or newai.online order number and We would issue a refund within 1- 3 business days of purchased price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement provided the item(s) is a good condition.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 7 days after your order was first placed.

Damaged or faulty orders
For orders which have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. For any orders deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the items.
How do I make a return?
1. Sign into your newai.online account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the “look for order number”.
3. Copy the order number (s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Call or message us and provide the order number of each products.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
6. Please make sure you do not include non-hamajara items by accident in your return package.
Note: We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
